For per diem or temporary medical professionals, an all-inclusive hourly price is provided at the time that candidates are presented. Rates range based on area of expertise, years of experience, location, length of assignment and other factors. Negotiated in advance, HEALTHCAREseeker.com handles each placements pay, benefits, taxes, housing, travel expenses and other costs associated with the assignment and negotiate this ahead of time. |

For permanent staffing assignments, HEALTHCAREseeker.coms agency fee is 30% of the agreed-upon salary. If the medical professional is brought on board after a lengthy temp position and is not recruited from overseas, our fees are as follows: |

Q. Do you offer a customer satisfaction warranty?
A. Yes, our Total Customer Satisfaction Pledge. If you are not happy with the candidate we place, we will not bill you for the first week of the assignment. We only require that you notify us of any problems immediately (within the first week). A weekly signed time sheet from our customers becomes our controlling document for billing purposes and is your way of telling us that you are satisfied and willing to pay the agreed-upon rate.
Q. How can clients extend an assignment or hire someone on a full-time basis?
A. If you are considering extending a contract for longer then the initial thirteen week timeframe please notify your assigned recruiter halfway through the assignment so that we can than discuss this possibility with the medical professional. Because we understand our medical professionals motivations, we can often provide excellent insight into their potential interest in staying on board. Generally, HEALTHCAREseeker.com begins looking for new assignments for our medical professionals by the ninth week of their contracts and may not be able to extend the terms after this point.
Q. Do you fill positions that are shorter than thirteen weeks?
A. HEALTHCAREseeker.com is a very flexible organization and will do whatever we can to meet your needs, but we ask that you notify us of your special requirements at the outset.
Q. Is HEALTHCAREseeker.com willing to reduce its fee if we contract with you for a longer period of time?
A. Yes. It makes sense for everyone involved to initially offer you a better price if you intend to keep the medical professional on board longer than the standard contract.
Q. What defines traveling, per diem and temporary medical professionals?
A. These individuals are willing to work on contract for a certain period of time in a certain location.
Q. Are the medical professionals you place employees of HEALTHCAREseeker.com?
A. Yes. We are responsible for W2 workers taxes and benefits. Any certified 1099 medical professionals we place are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
Q. Do you manage the medical professionals placed with clients?
A. No. The day-to-day management and supervision of the medical professional is strictly up to the client. HEALTHCAREseeker.coms sole responsibility is to provide the best candidates for the intended open position, based on the information that is provided to us. However, in the event that a problem arises, we will do whatever we can to help resolve any issues.
Q. Do you have Malpractice Insurance?
A. Yes. HEALTHCAREseeker.coms policy is through __________________ and covers up to $5,000,000. Upon request, we will be happy to forward you the details of our plan. It should be noted that medical professionals should be covered under your own insurance policies as well. In addition, many of our medical professionals have their own personal malpractice insurance. If an incident occurs, please notify our office within twenty-four hours.
Q. What type of processes do you employ to make sure your medical professionals are doing a good job?
A. On the first day of the assignment, we ask the medical professional and their supervisor to sit down to go over HEALTHCAREseeker.coms Expectation Form. Usually, one of our recruiters will be involved as well. This helps both parties understand what is expected. At the assignments two-week and four-week marks, HEALTHCAREseeker.com formally surveys the medical professional and the supervisor to ensure that all expectations are being met. In the interim, our recruiters stay in touch to make sure things are going well.
